Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Road Premium is a digital service that is activated on your server immediately after payment. For this reason all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes:

• first payments and automatic renewals, monthly or yearly;
• unused time after you cancel or stop using the Service;
• removing the bot from a server or the server being deleted;
• features you did not use or that do not suit your needs;
• accounts or servers suspended for breaking our Terms or Discord's rules.

2. Immediate start and your right of withdrawal

At checkout you ask us to start Premium immediately and confirm that you understand you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once Premium has started.

If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund that cannot be waived (for example the 14-day withdrawal period for consumers in the EU and UK), this policy does not take that right away. In that case, if you withdraw within the legal period, we may keep an amount proportionate to the Premium time already provided.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" on the server's Premium page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No partial refunds are given for the rest of that period.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown on the Premium page.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged because of a technical error on our side, email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 30 days with the receipt and we will correct the charge. This is not a refund of a valid purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a payment is disputed, Premium on the server may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
